Iryna Novikova

Iryna Novikova is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in executive assistance and team coordination. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant and Team Coordinator at Diligent Capital Partners since February 2021, and as an Administrative Manager at Children of Heroes since March 2022, Iryna has previously held key roles at ETERNA LAW, Alfa Bank Ukraine, Luxoft, and OTP Bank. These positions involved extensive interaction with senior management, organizing meetings, managing communications, and providing logistical support. Iryna holds a Master's degree in Philology with a focus on English and Spanish languages from National Aviation University, completed in 2013.
