Rachel Marsh, JD, MSW

Rachel Marsh, JD, MSW has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of child welfare and advocacy. Rachel most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer at the Children's Alliance of Kansas, starting in September 2020. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Saint Francis Ministries, including Vice President of Advocacy from September 2018 to September 2020, Executive Director of Government and Community Relations from October 2014 to September 2018, and Child Welfare Attorney from September 2006 to September 2014. Before joining Saint Francis Ministries, Rachel worked as an Associate at Conlee, Schmidt, & Emerson, LLP from January 2002 to July 2004. Rachel began their career as a Child Welfare Social Worker at the Kansas Children's Service League in January 2001.

Rachel Marsh, JD, MSW, obtained their education from various institutions. From 1996 to 2000, they attended Washington University in St. Louis, where they earned both a JD (Juris Doctor) and an MSW (Master of Social Work). During the same period, they also studied at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, focusing on Law. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1995, Rachel Marsh attended Kansas State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
