Julie Siebert

Julie Siebert has work experience in various roles and organizations. Julie started their career as a Program Coordinator at the Children's Home Association of Illinois in May 1999 and held this position until November 2006. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating programs. Following this, from November 2006 to June 2014, they worked as a Program Development Specialist/Grant Writer at the same organization. In this role, they focused on developing new program models, creating budgets, and planning programs. In July 2014, they became a Project Manager for a short period of time. From February 2015 to March 2021, they served as the Director, Quality Improvement at the Children's Home Association of Illinois. Lastly, in March 2021, they were promoted to Director of Compliance at the same organization. In addition to their work at the Children's Home Association of Illinois, Julie Siebert has experience working as a Community Coach at the Tazewell County Health Department from August 2007 to June 2010. Finally, they have also served as an Affiliate Member, Graduate Faculty at Bradley University since May 2008.

Julie Siebert holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Bradley University, which they obtained between the years 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Child & Family Studies with an emphasis on Family Social Services, along with a minor in Psychology, from Northern Illinois University. Julie also has a certification in First Aid/CPR, although the details of the institution, month, and year of obtaining it are unknown.
