Ira Kirkley

Ira Kirkley serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Talent and Workforce Planning for Children’s Health. In his role, Ira is responsible for providing human resources and talent consulting to senior executives in corporate and clinical services and the joint pediatric enterprise.

Prior to joining Children’s Health in 2015, Ira held leadership roles in operations and human resources across industries, such as food service, retail and home health.

Ira holds a Bachelor of Arts from Abilene Christian University. He also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning and Just Culture.
