Following this, Dao pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Management at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Gordon E. Crosby Jr. School of Business from 2003 to 2004. Dao also completed a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing at CIMBA in 2004.
