Sr. Manager, Community Experience (Extra Life) at Children's Miracle Network Hospitals

Adam Schifani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Adam is currently working at Children's Miracle Network Hospitals as the Sr. Manager, Community Experience for Extra Life. Prior to this, they worked at Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC as a Decision Support Analyst, where they served as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure project development aligns with strategic priorities. Adam also collaborated with IT Development and Strategic Planning teams, gathered requirements, designed solutions, and provided training for continuous improvements to Helena's business intelligence initiative. Before that, Adam was an Information Technology Business Analyst at Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC, where they communicated and collaborated with managers/directors of multiple business areas on business intelligence projects. Adam managed the Business Intelligence team's file organization and provided weekly project updates to management. Adam also has experience at City Gear, where they worked as a Management Information Systems Analyst, managing various projects such as employee database management and hardware/software upgrades. Adam also served as a Project Manager, Marketing, where they were responsible for organizing and developing the company's email marketing content. Adam's early work experience includes being a Bamboo Operations Team Leader at the Memphis Zoo, where they led projects within and outside the zoo grounds, and a Staff Writer at the University of Memphis Daily Helmsman, where they generated news story ideas and composed print and web content.

Adam Schifani attended The University of Memphis from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism. Adam also pursued a second Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Japanese during the same time period.
