Lindsay Baker

Lindsay (Wall) Baker is currently the Director of Human Resources at Childrens Therapy Center. Prior to this role, Lindsay held similar positions at Jobaline.com, Blue Nile, and HCR ManorCare. Lindsay has a strong background in driving HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Lindsay also has experience in overseeing compensation, benefits, and employee relations programs. Lindsay holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Sociology from Western Washington University.
