Bertinah K. Msabaa

Bertinah K. Msabaa has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Bertinah K. began their career in 1999 as a Human Resources professional at the USAID Kenya Business Development Program, where they worked until 2003. Bertinah K. then joined the International Rescue Committee as part of their Human Resources team from 2004 to 2007. Msabaa then moved on to World Vision, where they served as a Regional People and Culture Officer from 2007 to 2016. In 2016, they joined ICF as a Human Resource Business Partner for one year. From 2018 to 2023, Msabaa held various roles at UNOPS, including Regional Human Resource Officer - Specialist and Human Resource Manager. Currently, they are employed at UNRWA as the Head of the Field Human Resource Office, responsible for managing and monitoring the organization's workforce and providing guidance on all human resource matters.

Bertinah K. Msabaa received a Master's degree in MSC Human Resource from the University of Nairobi from 2014 to 2016. Bertinah K. also obtained a certification as a Human Resource Practitioner from the Institute of Human Resource Management Kenya in January 2016.
