Gaines Murfee

Gaines Murfee has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Market Analyst at Clement Industries, Inc in 2013. Gaines then worked as a Development Lead for a university project at Unum. Following that, they had a summer internship as a Data Analyst at Verizon, where they monitored and analyzed financials. In 2014, they served as a Quality Assurance and Test Lead at Regions Financial Corporation. Gaines joined Marketo in 2015, initially as a Sales Development Representative and later as a Customer Success Manager. Murfee then moved on to Chili Piper, where they held multiple roles such as Account Executive, Product Manager, and Customer Success Team Lead. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success at Chili Piper.

Gaines Murfee obtained a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems and Mathematics from The University of Alabama between 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Gaines Murfee received certifications as a Handoff Admin and Form Concierge Admin from Chili Piper in January 2023 and September 2022, respectively.
