Ed Jonwood

Ed Jonwood has a diverse work experience in the transportation industry. Ed currently serves as the Head of Commercial at Chiltern Railways since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Network Growth at Transport for Wales from April 2022 to March 2023. Ed also held various roles at CrossCountry Trains, including Head of Business Analysis, Interim Commercial Director, and Business Analysis Manager, from April 2016 to April 2022. Before that, they worked as a Propositions & Pricing Specialist at Severn Trent Services from July 2015 to April 2016. Ed started their career at National Express, where they held the role of Pricing / Competitor Insight Manager from April 2013 to July 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Pricing Manager at Mitchells & Butlers and held multiple positions at National Express, including Pricing Analyst, Data Analyst, and Pricing Manager, from October 2009 to May 2012.

Ed Jonwood earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & Management from Oxford Brookes University, where they attended from 2004 to 2007. Ed continued their education by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Management Practice at The University of Manchester from 2020 to 2022.
