Molly Wakelin

Molly Wakelin is a Contract Delivery Lead at Chiltern Railways, responsible for overseeing contractual obligations with the Department for Transport. Previously, Molly held several positions at Arriva UK Trains, including Assistant Program Manager, where program development for the CrossCountry Direct Award was undertaken, and Assistant Project Manager, where project schedules and Gantt charts were created. Additional roles at Arriva included Grand Central Yield Analyst, focusing on revenue growth and capacity management, and Program Management Office Analyst, where governance processes were redesigned. Earlier experience includes working as a Commercial Analyst at Computacenter, and various positions in hospitality and retail that developed communication and organizational skills. Molly holds a BSc in Information Management and Business from Loughborough University.
