Dr. Gordon Adomdza

Dr. Gordon Adomdza is an Associate Professor at Ashesi University College since 2015, specializing in Design Thinking Methodology and leading the Ashesi Design Lab and Ashesi Venture Accelerator. As a Co-Principal Investigator on a Mastercard Foundation-funded research project, Dr. Adomdza contributes to understanding experiential learning in entrepreneurship. In addition to coordinating Design Thinking Ghana Hub, Dr. Adomdza serves as a Visiting Professor at China Europe International Business School, teaching various eMBA modules and aiding in the establishment of the CEIBS Center for Entrepreneurship. Previous roles include being an Assistant/Executive Professor at Northeastern University, where Dr. Adomdza was actively involved in the Entrepreneurship Club and NUCEE educational programs. With extensive educational credentials, including a PhD in Management of Technology and a strong background in innovation and entrepreneurship, Dr. Adomdza has also held research positions at MassChallenge and Continuum, and lectured at Harvard University Extension School.
