Elsie Tam

Elsie Tam serves as Legal Counsel for China Mobile Hong Kong since September 2022. Prior to this role, Elsie held various positions at Grandall Zimmern Law Firm from October 2016 to September 2022, including Legal Counsel on client secondment with China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited and Associate, focusing on Corporate Finance and General Commercial law. Elsie achieved a Master of Laws (LLM) in Chinese Law, a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL), and a Juris Doctor from The University of Hong Kong. Additional education includes study abroad programs at Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, University of Bremen, and Deakin University, along with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy and Psychology from The University of Hong Kong.
