Nick Cervi

Nick Cervi, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nick currently holds the role of Director, People Compliance & Operations at Chipotle Mexican Grill since July 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Manager, WFM at Ulta Beauty from May 2020 to July 2022.

Before joining Ulta Beauty, Nick worked as a Director of Operations at FacilitySource from November 2018 to May 2020, where they managed a team of Program Managers and was responsible for meeting service level standards for regional facilities management fulfillment.

Nick also has experience as a Manager of Employment Compliance at L Brands from May 2018 to November 2018, where they developed employment compliance policies and processes and worked closely with technology to develop solutions.

Nick started their career as a Team Leader at BMW Financial Services from September 1998 to March 2007. Throughout their career, Nick has demonstrated strong skills in operations management, compliance, workforce management, finance, and analysis.

Nick Cervi, PHR, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Capital University - School of Management in the years 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in September 2019 from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
