Mukund Seetharaman

Mukund Seetharaman has a strong work experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 1998, they worked at Wipro Limited, where they served as a Product Manager for Managed Services and later as a Manager for Client Solutions in Total Outsourcing. During their time at Wipro, they played a key role in leading outsourcing engagements and developing business cases for the concept of outsourcing.

In 2006, Mukund Seetharaman joined ChistaDATA Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer. Mukund was responsible for providing a fully autonomous Cloud Database Infrastructure for real-time analytics and OLAP to major clients such as PayPal, Netflix, and Nike. Their role involved enhancing operational efficiency and reducing the clients' spending on DW/Analytics.

After that, they joined Haptik as the Chief Operating Officer in 2022. In this role, they focused on increasing revenue and retention through AI for clients. Mukund also handled overall Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities and day-to-day operations.

Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they served as the Chief Growth Officer of Cloud Business for EMEA and APJI Markets at Tech Mahindra. Their responsibilities included enabling clients to adopt integrated Cloud solutions and driving market growth across these regions.

Before that, from 2019 to 2021, Mukund Seetharaman worked at Wipro Limited as the Managing Director for Latin America, where they helped clients achieve their business goals and was responsible for strategy, client satisfaction, and overall business performance. Mukund also held roles as Vice President and Business Head for Cloud & Infrastructure Services in Continental Europe, General Manager and Business Head for the Middle East, and Head of Strategy and M&A for India and the Middle East.

Mukund Seetharaman's education history begins with their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication, which they obtained from Bharathiar University from 1991 to 1995. Mukund then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Sales & Marketing from Symbiosis International University between 1996 and 1998. In 2010 to 2011, Mukund attended The Wharton School to complete an Executive Program in Strategy & Management.
