Jennie Wilusz, a member of Choate’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group, helps clients in the life sciences, biopharmaceutical, and software industries to assert and defend their intellectual property rights, including their patented inventions, trade secrets, and other confidential and proprietary information at the trial and appellate level. She helps clients defend against accusations of patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation, and can guide owners of intellectual property rights through the lifecycle of patent infringement and trade secret litigation. She also advises clients on patentability and related administrative proceedings, such as inter partes reviews.
