Catarina Almeida Fernandes

Catarina Almeida Fernandes has a diverse work experience. Catarina started their career at HIDRA - Hidráulica e Ambiente, Lda as an Intern Water Resources Engineer in February 2016. Catarina then joined Accenture as an Application Development Associate in January 2017 and later became an Application Development Analyst in May 2018. In January 2020, Catarina transitioned to Choco, where they held various roles including Account Manager, People Systems Manager, and currently serves as the Head of People Insights & Analytics.

Catarina Almeida Fernandes has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, which they obtained in 2014. Catarina later pursued a Master's degree in Water Resources Engineering from the same institution, completing it in 2016. In 2019, Catarina attended Stanford University for continuing studies, specializing in topics such as the business of blockchain, crypto currencies, tokens, and principles of product/market fit. Catarina has also obtained additional certifications in various subjects, including Learning Design Thinking, Blockchain Basics, Excel Data Visualization, Project Management Foundations, and Expense Advance Configuration Training.
