Kyle Malcolm has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kyle started their career as a Field Tech/Personal Assistant/Support at iTekz from February 2011 to January 2013. Kyle then worked as a Student Aid at Florida International University from September 2013 to August 2014. After that, they interned as a Business Development (Intern) - Java Practice at COGENT Infotech Corp. from September 2014 to February 2015.
Following their internship, they joined Amadeus IT Group as a Hospitality Consultant from March 2015 to April 2017. From April 2017 to April 2019, they worked as an Independent Contractor, serving as a Technology Consultant.
In 2019, they joined Hillrom as an Implementation Consultant and Customer Success Specialist. Kyle'sresponsibilities included implementing Voalte solutions, conducting training, managing implementation projects, and developing strong client relationships. Kyle held this role until December 2020.
In 2017, they joined Choice Business Solutions Ltd. as the Chief Systems Officer and worked there until 2020.
Currently, they are employed at Lee Condominium as a Secretary, starting from August 2020. Additionally, they are also employed at Avalara as an Implementation Consultant II from June 2021 and later promoted to Implementation Consultant III in November 2022.
Kyle Malcolm holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Florida International University, which they completed between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Broward College, a degree they pursued from 2009 to 2011. Kyle also attended Flanagan High School from 2008 to 2009 and Ardenne High School from 2002 to 2007. In the future, they plan to pursue a Master of Science degree in Information Systems, specializing in Management Information Systems, General, at Florida International University, with a projected completion date in 2023. In addition to their formal education, Kyle has attained various certifications in topics such as network understanding, Excel, IT service management, and communication skills through LinkedIn and Skillsoft.
