Wendy Nugent

Wendy Nugent is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital product management and technology delivery. Currently serving as the Director of the Generative AI Program at Choice Hotels International since November 2021, Wendy previously held roles as Senior Manager of Digital Product Management and Technology Delivery Specialist at CSAA Insurance Group. Prior to that, Wendy accumulated significant experience at Republic Services, leading Agile software development teams and managing digital strategic initiatives. With a strong background in analytics, project management, and collaboration across business and IT, Wendy has effectively influenced the development and implementation of digital solutions throughout her career. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
