Todd Schuelke

Todd Schuelke has over 20 years of professional work experience. Todd began their career in 1995 as a Supervisor/Trainer at DialAmerica Marketing's Athens Call Center, where they trained and assisted in revising the training program. In 1998, they moved to Compass Marketing Research as the Assistant Center Manager of the Athens Contact Center, where they managed and wrote performance reviews for a five-person supervisory team. In 2000, Todd joined Sprint as a Solution Design Engineer, where they consulted with executives from prospective small to medium-sized businesses to design wireline and wireless converged IP Data and Voice solutions. Todd was then promoted to International Network Operations Specialist, where they gained a deep understanding of OSI layers 1-3 while remotely building, testing, and implementing wide area network hardware and software. In 2015, Todd returned to Sprint as an Advanced Solutions Engineer on the National-Advanced Solutions Engineering team, where they specialized in Managed Services and Cloud offerings, collaborated with Product Development, and provided guidance and training to Sales Engineers worldwide. In 2017, Todd moved to Choice Telecommunications, Inc. - ChoiceTel, where they currently serve as a Senior Consulting Engineer.

Todd Schuelke obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 1999. Todd also holds certifications from Ciena Corporation (Carrier Ethernet Certified Associate (CE-A)), Cisco Systems, Inc. (CyberOps Associate (CCCA), Network Associate (CCNA), Design Associate (CCDA)), E-Commerce Council (Wireless 5 Certification), and VMware, Inc. (VMware Certified Associate Cloud (VCA-Cloud)). In October 2022, they will also obtain a Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate certification from Cisco.
