Customer Experience Designer at Chorus

Phee Myburgh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2011, Phee worked as a Broadband Specialist at Spark New Zealand for nearly a year. In 2012, they joined iiNet as a Senior Customer Service Representative for their Faults team, where they were responsible for coaching and training staff, implementing new processes, and resolving faults on the copper network. Phee then transitioned to Chorus NZ Limited in 2014 and took on various roles, including Service Delivery Specialist, Customer Relations Specialist, and Network Connect Manager. In these positions, they managed CEO, Executive, Board of Directors, Ministerial, Media, TDRS, and Crown Infrastructure Partners complaints, built stakeholder relationships, and handled case management and complaint resolution. Additionally, Phee was involved with social media administration for Chorus's Twitter and Facebook pages. Finally, in 2019, Phee became the Chairperson of FLINT, an organization that aims to connect and empower future digital leaders in New Zealand.

Phee Myburgh obtained a Certificate in Art and Design from Whitecliffe College - Arts | Design | Fashion | Technology during the academic years 2007-2008. Following that, from 2008 to 2010, Phee pursued a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Raffles College of Design and Commerce. In addition to their formal education, Phee also acquired several certifications. These include Foundations in Design Thinking from IDEO in October 2022, PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner from PeopleCert in April 2022, First Aid from St John Ambulance in May 2021, Health and Safety Representative from IMPAC in September 2018, and Confined Spaces from E-tec in August 2017.
