Caroline Melton

Caroline Melton is an experienced operations support specialist currently employed at ATI Physical Therapy since May 2023. With a background in various roles, Caroline has served as a nursery worker at Christ Church Episcopal since September 2019, responsible for the care of infants and toddlers. Previous experience includes working as a bartender at Growler Haus Holdings LLC and a housekeeper at Tumbling River Ranch, where responsibilities involved ensuring guest comfort. Caroline also held the position of lifeguard manager at Upstate Pool Management Inc., overseeing safety procedures, and served as an age group swim coach at Stone Lake Community Pool. Caroline's early career included administrative support as an assistant at Keeton Associates. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences from Furman University and is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Technician/Assistant at Greenville Technical College.
