Project Management

The Project Management team at the Department of Internal Affairs (NZ) is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a wide array of projects critical to public service initiatives. This includes developing and managing IT projects, delivering business analysis, and ensuring the successful completion of various programmes such as the Electronic Monitoring System.
