Ramona Floyd

Ramona Floyd has extensive experience in various roles focused on administration, community outreach, and educational support. Currently serving as an Assistant at Brooklyn College since December 2012, Ramona assists students with enrollment, financial aid inquiries, and scholarships. As a Team Leader in the Synergies for Success program at Christian Cultural Center since 2010, Ramona promotes parent involvement to enhance academic success among middle and high school students. Additionally, as a Volunteer Admissions Ambassador with the NYC Department of Education since 2009, Ramona aids guidance counselors in engaging with families about the high school admissions process and contributed to a publication aimed at supporting education transitions. Previous roles include consulting for Concerts of Prayer of Greater New York and providing executive support at Thomson Reuters, where Ramona managed high-level administrative tasks for senior executives. Ramona holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Alliance University.
