Dustin Brucker

Dustin Brucker is a seasoned agronomy professional with extensive experience in various roles related to agricultural sustainability and research. Currently serving as a Key Agronomy Specialist at CHS Inc. since April 2024, Dustin focuses on providing quality support for corn and soybean products to local retail teams. Prior to this role, Dustin held positions including Conservation Agriculture Manager at Benson Hill, where the focus was on linking farmers with sustainable practices, and Conservation Agronomist at the Iowa Soybean Association, aiding Iowa growers in implementing conservation methods. Dustin's earlier experience includes positions as Field Manager for the Soil Health Partnership and Agronomic Research Specialist at both Bayer and Monsanto, managing seed workflows and conducting research trials for corn and soybean. Dustin earned a Master of Science in Seed Technology and Business from Iowa State University.
