Sheila Wheeler

Sheila Wheeler is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in the food production industry, particularly in canola oil and edible bean refineries. Since August 2015, Sheila has served at CHS Inc. as an Engineer, Process Expert, and Program Lead, where responsibilities include developing and leading an engineering internship program, as well as managing production operations within a canola oil refinery. Prior to this role, Sheila held positions ranging from Refinery Superintendent at Northstar Agri Industries to Quality Control Specialist at St. Hilaire Seed and Plant Superintendent at Archer Daniels Midland. Sheila holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and an Associate of Arts in Pre-Engineering from Northland Community and Technical College.
