Maddie Morano

Maddie Morano is an experienced professional in marketing, currently serving as an Internal Marketing Consultant at Lincoln Financial Distributors since September 2021. Prior to this role, Maddie worked as an Associate in the Lincoln Financial Group's LPP from October 2020 to September 2021. Maddie has a strong background in leadership, exemplified by serving as the Varsity Captain of the Penn State Field Hockey team, where responsibilities included communication between players and coaching staff and developing time management and leadership skills. Earlier internships include participation in the Lincoln Financial Group's Internship Development Program, where Maddie contributed to organizational initiatives and content development, and a marketing internship at Aon. Maddie holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Penn State University, attained in 2020, and is a graduate of Eastern Regional High School.
