Dan Pond

Dan Pond is a Technical Manager/Continuous Improvement Manager at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Dan manages the maintenance, quality, engineering, continuous improvement, and stores departments at the baking soda plant in Green River, Wyoming. Dan also developed a project chartering system with project scoring for future project prioritization in capital planning. Prior to their current position, Dan has held various roles at PPG Industries, Tata Chemicals, and Western Research Institute. Dan graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering.
