Crystal Jackson

Crystal Jackson has had a diverse work experience in the casino and hospitality industry. Crystal started their career as a Retail Clerk and Bellman at Belterra Casino Resort & Spa in 2008 and later worked as a Front Desk Agent. Crystal then became a Hotel Supervisor at Rising Star Casino in 2011. In 2012, they returned to Belterra Casino Resort & Spa as a Casino Host, building and maintaining relationships with VIP guests. Crystal joined Belterra Park Gaming in 2014 as an Executive Casino Host, where they played a key role in the opening team and developed a training course for new casino marketing team members. Crystal also led a team of VIP Hosts and Marketing Ambassadors. In 2017, Crystal joined Pinnacle Entertainment as a Catering Sales Manager and later became a Player Development Supervisor. In 2019, they worked as an Executive Casino Host at Hollywood Casino Lawrenceburg before joining Crothall Healthcare as a Training Manager in 2021. Crystal then served as an Executive Casino Host at Hard Rock Cincinnati before their current role as the Director of Marketing at Churchill Downs Incorporated, starting in 2022. Throughout their career, Crystal has focused on providing exceptional service, building relationships, and exceeding expectations in the casino and hospitality industry.

Crystal Jackson earned a Bachelor's degree in Ethical Leadership from Thomas More University between 2019 and 2021.
