Daniel Luna

Daniel Luna has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Daniel currently serves as the Director of CDI Ticket Operations & Development at Churchill Downs Incorporated. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Ticket Operations at the same company. Daniel also worked as a Logistics Manager at PGA TOUR Superstore and as a Ticket Operations Manager at Washington Football Team. Daniel has extensive experience in the ticketing industry, having previously worked at Ticketmaster in various roles, including Strategic Events Consultant, Client Support Manager, Senior Client Support Specialist, Client Services Manager, and Advanced Product Specialist. Daniel also worked at Ticketmaster Entertainment as a Client Services Representative. Daniel's earlier roles included serving as the Director of Ticketing Operations at Albuquerque Isotopes AAA Baseball Club and as a Box Office Manager at New Mexico Scorpions Hockey. Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in managing ticket operations, building strong client relationships, and utilizing various ticketing systems and software.

Daniel Luna obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies from Belen High School in 1995. Daniel then attended Frank Phillips College in 1995-1996, where they pursued General Studies. From 1996 to 2000, Daniel Luna studied Business Marketing and earned a Bachelor's degree from The University of New Mexico.
