Manuel Garrido Romero is a Researcher at CIAL (CSIC-UAM) since April 2022. Involved in studies on sodium intake and hypertension, tissue regeneration, and development of functional foods. Holds degrees in Biotechnology and Environmental, Industrial, and Food Biotechnology. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Teacher Training.
