Tatiana Oliveira is an accomplished professional in Human Resources with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager and HR Business Partner for LATAM at CIBT since June 2021, Tatiana previously worked as a Human Resources Manager at C6 Bank and Lockton, among other companies. In addition to managerial roles, Tatiana is committed to education and mentorship, acting as a Learning HR Courses Facilitator at Grupo Trhoca and founding the English4HR Academy. Involvement in initiatives like "Mulheres no Comando" reflects a dedication to career mentoring for women, emphasizing the importance of gender diversity in organizational success. Tatiana also co-authored the book "Inglês para Negócios e Carreira" in March 2023.
