Bernadette Giles

Bernadette Giles is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement and social services. Currently serving as the Manager of Community and Youth Engagement to Promote Health Equity at CAI since May 2021, Bernadette is also a co-founder of Collective Sols LLC and the founder of BeYouFully Dress'd, which focuses on professional style development for budget-conscious women, particularly targeting economic self-sufficiency for low-income Black women in Buffalo, NY. Previous roles include Senior Case Manager at Buffalo Promise Neighborhood, Mentor Coordinator at Peaceprints of WNY, Pediatric Care Manager in Behavioral Health at Kaleida Health, and Mental Health Specialist at NYSARC, Inc. Bernadette’s career began as a Correctional Officer at the NYS Department of Correctional Services. Bernadette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Buffalo State University.
