Elaine Orler

Elaine Orler is the SVP of Technology Consulting at Cielo. Elaine has over 17 years of experience in talent acquisition and management.

Elaine started their career as a managing director and consultant for The Newman Group, where they helped clients with their recruiting and staffing needs. Elaine then founded The Talent Board, which quickly became one of the leading talent management resources in the world. After 10 years at The Talent Board, Elaine joined Talent Function as managing director of consulting.

In their current role at Cielo, Elaine is responsible for providing technology consulting services to clients. Elaine is also a board member of Recruiting Trends & Talent Tech, and they frequently speak at industry events on topics related to talent acquisition and management.

Elaine Orler has a BA in Education from the University of Arizona and has also attended Mesa Community College and Concordia University Irvine.

Elaine Orler reports to Marissa Geist, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Paula Parfitt - EVP, Europe, Middle East & Africa Go To Market, Seb O’Connell - President, EMEA & APAC, and Craig Pointon - EVP, Global Head of Executive Search.
