Jen Hirsch

Jen Hirsch, MHA, currently serves as the Client Services Director for Physician Services at Cielo Talent, where outstanding team performance and employee engagement are prioritized. Previously, Jen spent over a decade at Sound Physicians in various leadership roles, including Senior Director of National Operations focused on Clinician Development and Experience, where organizational strategy for physician leadership was implemented. Key accomplishments included launching programs for frontline clinicians, optimizing training initiatives, and managing a substantial P&L. Jen's career also includes a role as Regional Director of Operations, with a focus on creating operational strategies for multiple hospitals, and as Senior Director of Internal Staffing Operations, where significant cost savings were achieved. Earlier experiences include positions at Conifer Health Solutions and Staff Care, Inc., complemented by advanced degrees in health administration and business management from Ohio University and Upper Iowa University, respectively.
