Roger Desroches

Roger Desroches has over 25 years of experience in software engineering. Roger began their career in 1992 as a Senior Software Engineer for Cabletron, where they worked on the Spectrum Management System. In 1996, they moved to Cascade Communications as a Senior Software Engineer and was responsible for the development of the Fault Server. From 1997 to 1999, they were a Development Manager for Bay Networks, where they worked on the Remote Management service. Roger then moved to Cisco Systems, Inc. as a Principal Software Engineer. In 2001, they joined Equipe Communications as a Principal Software Engineer, where they developed applications for the Element Management system. From 2004 to 2010, they worked at Cedar Point Communications and Cedarpoint as a Consulting Software Engineer. In 2010, they founded Centered Logic, LLC and served as the Network Management Applications Architect. In 2016, they joined Enea Software as a Team Manager Element Center, R&D / NFV Management. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Cigent Technology, Inc., where they work on state of the art Network and Computer Security Systems.

Roger Desroches attended the University of New Hampshire from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS).
