Katie Astrauskas

Katie Astrauskas has over 14 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Katie is currently working as a Sr. Director of Human Resources at Cigna since January 2022. Prior to that, Katie worked at Express Scripts for 12 years, holding various roles including Sr. Director Human Resources Business Partner, Director Talent Acquisition, and Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition. Katie was responsible for strategic sourcing, full life cycle recruiting, and implementing the Oracle Taleo Applicant Tracking System at Express Scripts. Before joining Express Scripts, Katie worked as a Recruiting and Staffing Professional at The Mergis Group and as an IT Recruiter at Ferguson Consulting, Inc. Katie also has experience as a Field Manager at Grassroots Campaigns.

Katie Astrauskas attended Eastern Illinois University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications. In 2013, they also received certification as a Certified Diversity Recruiter, although the institution and exact date of obtaining the certification are unknown.
