Laura Eikerenkoetter

Laura Eikerenkoetter has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Laura began their career at Charter Communications in 2000, where they held various roles including Training Coordinator, Learning Administrator, Supervisor of Learning, and HR Generalist. In 2010, they joined Express Scripts as a Senior HR Generalist and subsequently held positions as a Senior Manager, Director, and Senior Director of Human Resources. In 2019, they transitioned to Cigna, where they held the role of Managing Director of Human Resources before being promoted to Vice President, Human Resources Officer in 2020.

Laura Eikerenkoetter holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Fontbonne University. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Korn Ferry Leadership 360 Facilitator from Korn Ferry in February 2020.
