Kristen Gorodetzer

Kristen Gorodetzer has over 16 years of experience in human resources and compensation management. Kristen started their career at Unisys as a Senior HR Consultant from July 2002 to July 2003. Kristen then joined DuPont as a Compensation Manager, responsible for domestic compensation programs and policies, from 2003 to 2005. Kristen then joined Cigna, where they held various leadership roles. Kristen served as a Compensation Director from April 2005 to May 2013, overseeing compensation strategies for the organization. Kristen was then promoted to Senior Director, Global Compensation, where they directed compensation strategies for over 30,000 global employees. From June 2014 to June 2020, they served as the VP of Rewards and HR Operations, leading business transformation, strategic planning, and process improvement for global total rewards and HR operations. Kristen also held the position of Senior Vice President Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Services from January 2019 to June 2020 before assuming their current role as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Corporate Development, Strategy, and Solutions organization at Cigna, where they lead various HR functions and centers of expertise. In addition to their work at Cigna, Kristen is also a member of the CNBC Workforce Executive Council since June 2021.

Kristen Gorodetzer completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Salisbury University between 1995 and 1998. Kristen further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 1999 to 2002.
