Sharon Hearst

Sharon Hearst is an experienced Programme and Delivery Manager currently leading the International Division at Cegedim Activ since June 2016. In this role, Sharon manages a diverse delivery team, ensuring the timely, budget-compliant implementation of complex projects while maintaining high standards of quality. Previous positions include Group Programme Manager at Now Health International, where Sharon oversaw group-wide project initiatives and new market launches, and Programme Manager at Cigna Global Individual, focusing on global private medical insurance projects. Sharon's career began at CIGNA International and CIGNA Healthcare, where responsibilities ranged from managing European IT projects to overseeing private medical business growth.
