Venkataraman R

Venkataraman R has a work experience spanning several years in various roles and companies. In 2017, they worked as an intern at Siemens for a period of three months. Following that, from 2018 to 2020, they worked at Office 2000 Solutions Private Limited as an Associate Engineer in IT support. During this time, they gained experience in troubleshooting and support/configurations of client software and windows configuration, as well as managing different Users & Groups and maintaining system security. Venkataraman also had hands-on experience in AWS Cloud management. Currently, Venkataraman R is working as a Software Engineer at CIGNEX. Venkataraman'srole involves a strong foundation knowledge of Azure and AWS Cloud Services, managing and troubleshooting systems and services hosted on cloud resources, and performing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for service downtimes.

Venkataraman R completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sri Krishna College of Technology, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.

Following their undergraduate degree, Venkataraman pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Computing Systems & Infrastructure from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Venkataraman attended this institution from 2023 to 2024.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Venkataraman also obtained the following certifications:

- In February 2021, they became an AWS Certified Developer Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS).

- In October 2022, they achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
