Sirisha Kommireddi

Sirisha (Manga) Kommireddi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sirisha (Manga) started their career in 2000 as an Executive at Asco Mobiles Pvt Ltd. Sirisha (Manga) then moved on to Satyam Computer Services Ltd, where they worked as a Learning Services Specialist at Satyam School of Leadership from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, they joined Mahindra Satyam and held various roles, including Lead-Operations in Technology Learning Services and Program Manager for ELTP@Technology Learning Services. In 2012, they joined HCL Technologies as the Global Lead for Learning & Development. After that, they worked at Capgemini Financial Services as a Program Leader for Competency Frameworks and Skill Enhancement from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Kantar's - Global Delivery Centre, India, as the Deputy Director and Head of Talent Development. Finally, in 2019, they joined Cigniti Technologies as the Senior Director and Global Head of Talent Development. Sirisha (Manga) was later promoted to the role of Associate Vice President & Global Head of Talent Development in 2021.

Sirisha (Manga) Kommireddi completed an Executive Development Program in Talent Management at XLRI Jamshedpur from 2017 to 2018. In 2008, they obtained a Certificate in Global Business Leadership from U21 Global & Harvard Business Publishing. Earlier, from 1996 to 1998, they pursued an MCom in Accounting and Management at Andhra University. In addition to their educational background, Sirisha has obtained various certifications, including Certified NLP Practitioner from NFNLP - The National Federation of Neurolinguistic Programming (USA) in 2022, and certifications in Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Ram Charan on Coaching High Potentials, Performance Review Foundations, and Talent Management from LinkedIn in 2018.
