Veera Reddy Patlolla

Veera is Global HR Head for Cigniti. He is responsible for employee life cycle events, talent management, employee relations, performance management, Diversity & inclusion and cultural transformation. He works closely with CEO, BU heads and Delivery head in implementing HR policies and procedures and complimenting the organization strategy through people processes. He also ensures HR compliance on all legal aspects and takes care of employee satisfaction.

An Air Force veteran, experienced HR Leader with over 18 years of experience with expertise spanning across Talent, Leadership, Engagement, M&A, C&B, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Organization Capability, HR technology implementation and Recruitment in IT and services industry in organizations like Genpact, Wipro and Indian Air Force. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Kakatiya University and has done his Executive PG Program in Management from IIM Indore. Veera loves to spend time with kids, an advocate of environment, corporate social responsibility and diversity at work place.
