Sarah Goodell Gesior has a wealth of experience in operations and customer experience roles. Sarah began their career in 2009 as a Research Intern at ProBono.Org. In 2011, they joined Epic as an Implementation Project Manager and Team Leader, where they managed customer teams of 10-15 and an internal team of 5. Sarah also led the certification process for the Affordable Care Act. In 2018, they joined TrialSpark as a Patient Experience Team Lead, where they managed a $600k team of 6 internal staff members and 7 external call center team members. Sarah drove a 30% decrease in patient drop-off by updating the team approach to outbound calling and screening operations. In 2020, they joined Ciitizen as Head of Operations, where they led a $5.5m, 60+ person operations team responsible for end to end patient and data acquisition, management, and client delivery. Sarah also served as the Director of Customer Experience and interim Head of Operations.

Sarah Goodell Gesior obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Drama from Vassar College. Sarah also attended the University of the Witwatersrand and studied Political Science and Human Rights.
