Dmytro Liakhovych

Dmytro Liakhovych has over 15 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Dmytro is currently the Head of Tech Recruitment Spain & LATAM / Global Talent Acquisition at Ciklum, where they lead IT recruitment in Spain and LATAM, as well as recruitment for leadership, sales, and backoffice roles globally. Prior to this role, Dmytro was the Head of Executive Search at MHP SE, where they led the executive and mid-level recruiting team for one of the leading poultry and grain producers in Europe. Dmytro has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Corteva Agriscience and as an Executive Recruiter EMEA at DuPont. Dmytro started their career as a Staffing Specialist at Intermountain Staffing and later worked as a Consultant and Head of Shared Research at Hudson. Dmytro also gained experience as a Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, a leading international Executive Search firm. Throughout their career, Dmytro has developed expertise in managing recruitment teams, executive search, and building relationships with search firms and research agencies.

Dmytro Liakhovych earned a Jr. Specialist degree in Economics from Wisconsin International University Ukraine in 2002. Dmytro then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Philosophy from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy from 2002 to 2006. Later, they obtained a Master's degree in Philosophy from the same university, studying from 2007 to 2009.
