Nataliia Gorbachenko

Nataliia Gorbachenko has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment. Nataliia started their career at Areon Consulting in 2016 as an IT Recruitment Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing accounts, conducting interviews, and implementing recruitment techniques. In 2018, they joined Ciklum as a Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Account Lead, where they successfully maintained and managed nine accounts, conducted candidate searches, and worked with various technologies. Nataliia later became a Recruitment Team Lead at Ciklum, leading a team of recruiters, implementing recruitment strategies, and improving the hiring process.

Nataliia Gorbachenko obtained a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Kyiv National Linguistics University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Targeted Course for Middle Managers" and "Managing Teams in an Ambiguity" from Ciklum Leadership Center in 2021.
