Myroslav Kravchenko

Myroslav Kravchenko has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Myroslav began their career as a Content Manager at Companion in 2003. Myroslav then moved on to work as an Account Manager at Golden Telecom in 2004. In 2005, they took on the role of Head of Sales Department at Nerusoft before joining MTS Ukraine (formerly UMC) as a Training Expert later that year. Myroslav quickly advanced to become a Project Administrator in 2006 and eventually a Project Manager in 2007 at MTS Ukraine. In 2015, Myroslav joined Ciklum as a Senior Project Manager in their Enterprise and Custom Unit, where they managed various agile development projects. Myroslav then progressed to become an Agile Delivery Lead and later a Lead Delivery Manager, overseeing large-scale delivery and managing teams. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Software Engineering at Ciklum.

Myroslav Kravchenko has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Nacional'nij Universitet 'Kievo-Mogiljans'ka Akademija' obtained in 2004. Myroslav also holds a Specialist degree in Economics from the same university, completed in 2005. Additionally, Myroslav has a Master's degree in Project Management from Kyiv University of Economics and Law "KROK", received in 2007. Myroslav has obtained various certifications, such as Kanban Management Professional, Kanban Systems Improvement, Kanban System Design, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Business Professional, ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Project Management (ICA-APM), ICAgile Certified Professional - Program and Portfolio Management (ICP-PPM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®, AZ-300 Azure Architecture Technologies Certification Exam Prep Course, Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager, Product Design Management for Agile Practitioners, Software Architecture for the Enterprise Architect, ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), and Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist.
