Tamara Scott

Tamara Scott has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tamara started their career as a Communications Manager at Toyota Financial Corporation in 2000 and later worked as the VP of Corporate Communications at On Assignment, Inc. In 2003, they joined Countrywide Financial Corporation as the First Vice President of Employee Communications, where they were responsible for planning and implementing corporate communications strategies. In 2006, Tamara founded their own company, Tamara Scott Communications & Marketing, where they served as the President until 2010. That year, they joined CIM Group as a Property Manager before being promoted to Vice President of Standard Operating Procedures & Training. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Learning & Development at CIM Group. Tamara'sresponsibilities include designing and implementing innovative training programs and maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures for Property Management.

Tamara Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Journalism from Oregon State University. Tamara also holds a High School Diploma from Redmond High School. Furthermore, they have obtained various certifications, including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certification from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business in April 2022. Tamara is also a True Colors Elite Certified Facilitator, a True Colors Certified Facilitator, and holds a California Real Estate License from the California Department of Real Estate obtained in January 2014.
