Bob Flaherty

Bob Flaherty is the current Vice President of Customer Success & Managed Services at CIMCON Lighting. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President, Product & Customer Success at CIMCON Lighting from February 2017 to October 2021. From May 2016 to February 2017, Bob was the Segment Offer Director at Schneider Electric where they were responsible for driving digital service strategy and new revenue creation within the global IoT market and Cloud ecosystem. Before that, they were Managing Partner at IT Business Management Advisors from September 2015 to May 2016. Their previous role was at CA Technologies from August 2012 to August 2015 where they were the Sr Advisor & VP, Business Development, IT Business Management. In this role, they were responsible for global partner go to market strategy and execution for the IT Service Management product portfolio with a focus on transitioning from a legacy on premise software delivery model to a Cloud based SaaS model. Bob was successful in developing a Partner Go To Market Model for the new Software as a Service IT Service Management solution, expanding the Partner Program to include a SaaS specific Partner Program category, and increasing the partner pipeline for the SaaS offering by over 100% growth in most recent quarter.

Bob Flaherty pursued a BS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
