Phillip Ransey, PHM, MPA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Starting in 1994, they worked as an Investigative & Ongoing Caseworker at Lucas County Children Services Board for almost a decade. In 1993, they became a Transitional Housing Supervisor at St. Paul's Community Center, a position they held for 14 years. Phillip Ransey, PHM, MPA obtained their Master's degree in Public Administration from Texas Southern University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Public Administration at Bowling Green State University. Phillip's educational journey began with a diploma in College Prep from Libbey High School.
